The form prepares a message on your device and opens your email application or WhatsApp. Completing the form alone does not submit the details to an Ounebook database. You choose whether to send the prepared message through the selected service.
4. How we use your information
We use the messages you send to respond to your enquiry, assess your requirements, prepare proposals and communicate about an agreed service. If a project needs access to your business data, handling arrangements should be agreed separately.
5. Third-party services
Email, WhatsApp and the website hosting platform process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Following an external link may take you to a separate service. This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts added by Ounebook.
6. Retention and your requests
We retain enquiry and project communications for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, deliver agreed services and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have shared; we will review the request and any applicable obligations.
