1. About this website
This website introduces the technology services offered by Ounebook. General descriptions are for information and do not create a service agreement.
2. Proposals and service scope
Deliverables, pricing, timelines, payment arrangements, support hours and responsibilities are confirmed in a written proposal or service agreement before work begins. The agreed contract governs the purchased services.
3. Third-party products and charges
Odoo licences, hosting charges, messaging fees, hardware and other third-party subscriptions are included only when explicitly listed in your proposal. Their use is also subject to the relevant provider’s terms.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, authorised access and necessary approvals. Project arrangements should define who manages backups, data preparation, licences and acceptance testing.
5. Approvals and service dependencies
Messaging approvals, carrier delivery, platform availability and third-party policy decisions remain outside Ounebook’s control. Availability targets, response times and recovery commitments apply only when specifically agreed.
6. Intellectual property
Ounebook branding and original website materials must not be presented as your own. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Project-specific ownership and licence rights are defined in the relevant service agreement.
7. Changes, cancellation and refunds
Change requests, cancellation rights and any refund arrangements are governed by the agreement for the purchased service and applicable requirements. This website does not provide a universal cancellation or refund guarantee.
